200 Pine Saplings Planted on Campus for National Forestation Day

Within the framework of National Forestation Day, a meaningful environmental event was held through the joint collaboration of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Vocational School, Zile Dinçerler School of Tourism and Hotel Management, the Zile Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office Probation Directorate, Zile Open Penal Execution Institution, Zile Forestry Directorate, and the Zile District Governorate Special Administration.

As part of the initiative, 200 pine saplings were planted across the Zile Vocational School campus grounds. The event aimed to enhance environmental awareness, strengthen ecological mindfulness, and contribute to leaving a greener world for future generations.

The ceremony was attended by Zile District Governor Çağlar Tekin, Zile Mayor Şükrü Sargın, President of the Zile Heavy Penal Court Mustafa Alper Kesik, Zile Chief Public Prosecutor Cüneyt Sanıvar, Zile District Director of National Education Hacı Bayram Polattimur, President of the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry Necati Bice, Zile public prosecutors and judges, alongside numerous department heads, academic staff, personnel, and students.
