Conference: "Professional Ethics"

Zile Vocational School hosted a meaningful event to highlight the importance of ethical values in professional life. The conference on "Professional Ethics" (Meslek Etiği), featuring retired lecturer and author İsmet Pekdemir—who served for many years as Director, Assistant Director, and Department Head at our vocational school—drew strong interest from students and faculty members.

In his address, İsmet Pekdemir drew upon real-life stories to explain the concept of professional ethics in a clear and engaging manner. Sharing examples of core ethical principles such as professional responsibility, integrity, justice, and social awareness, Pekdemir emphasized that ethical values are vital not only in career pursuits but across all aspects of life.

At the conclusion of the conference, Assistant Director Lecturer Emre Türk presented a plaque and certificate of appreciation to İsmet Pekdemir. We express our sincere gratitude on behalf of our vocational school to İsmet Pekdemir, who continues to inspire young minds as an educator and author.
